Job Description
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering Work Experience: 7 15 years experience in Structural Steel Industry The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate Leadership skills to manage multiple teams Perform project planning, documentation, resource planning and utilization Manage multiple projects at a time and effectively communicate with multiple teams, management and customers Innovate, solve technical problems; provide guidance and provide support to the teams Consistently meet project schedules and deliver error free drawings Identify team members improvement needs and enhance productivity of individuals/teams through training, improved project delivery methodologies and automation Stay within the budget while not compromising on the quality or schedules The candidate must have experience working as a Checker or Trimble Tekla 3D Modeler for at least 3 years Compensation Details: As per Industry standards.
