We are looking for a Project Manager for Delhi with 15-20 years of experience in Construction of 5 Star Hotel projects. Last 3 years of experience should be held as a independent PM, who can manage the complete project at the site. *Please note that we have a similar position for Goa as well.** Assist the Project Team in the overall management, coordination and control of the project Client interface, client satisfaction, job order contract administration Subcontractor agreements Coordination with project architects and engineers Project meetings, records and documents Managing delivery order execution in accordance with contract requirements and project management procedures Attend pre-issuance site visits for each job order to determine existing conditions, develop client needs in detail and develop preliminary approximations of types of materials to be used and basic quality counts Review delivery order contracts, specifications, and drawings Prepare estimates for each job order based on technical specifications and drawings or sketches Determine most economic material that confirm to project drawings and specifications Confirm that all necessary materials and supplies are included in the scope of work and that unnecessary are excluded Grasps and conform to basic requirements of clients and strictly observe standards and codes of practice / regulatory requirements/ safety and quality Work coordination as per the project schedule Please share cvs - careers.india@ascentis360.com Location : Rajokri, Delhi CTC: 24-27 LPA Hotel Industry is mandatory,
