Job Description
We are hiring for our client based out at Noida sec 63 Profile-Project manager-Real Estate location-Ghaziabad Job Overview: Lead, plan, and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously. Oversee construction activities from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Manage and guide the Project Team, Site Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors. Ensure strict compliance with RERA, Building Codes, Quality Standards, and Safety Norms. Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management. Handle contractor negotiations, cost control, material approvals, and site inspections. Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering) Professional Qualifications: PMP Certification, Primavera/MS Project skills preferred. Experience: 812 years (preferably in Real Estate sector) Salary Range: 1 to 2 Lacs Per month Only male candidates Specific Skills: Project Management Skills (must be strong).
