Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should possess proficiency in various key skills essential for successful project management and business analytics. You should have demonstrated experience in end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management. Additionally, expertise in business analytics, including data analysis, performance monitoring, and dashboard creation using tools like QlikView/QlikSense, is required. A solid understanding of the automotive industry is crucial, including knowledge of luxury automotive retail processes, dealership operations, and industry best practices. You should also be adept in customer experience management (CEM), encompassing stakeholder management, satisfaction index tracking, and process improvement initiatives. The role involves quality performance monitoring, which entails KPI analysis, audit methodologies, and reporting. Experience in computing, reporting, and preparing performance letters related to incentive and performance metrics is highly desirable. Knowledge of audit and compliance procedures, such as process adherence, dealer audits, and MIP audit management, is essential. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC, and business dashboards will be beneficial for this role. Effective communication skills are vital for collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales, aftersales, IT, training, and business management teams. Additionally, experience in identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency through process improvement is required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred educational qualification is a Master's degree, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management is preferred.
