Define scope, deliverables, and timelines aligned with organizational goals. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. 2. **Project Execution & Site Management** Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications. Monitor construction progress and maintain quality benchmarks. Resolve technical challenges and provide guidance to on-site teams. 3. **Budgeting & Cost Control** Prepare and manage project budgets effectively. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material and equipment availability. Verify contractor bills and ensure alignment with contract terms. 4. **Contractor & Vendor Management** Select and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure timely execution of work and adherence to safety and quality standards. 5. **Quality & Compliance** Conduct routine site inspections to uphold safety and quality protocols. Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and legal documentation. Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and logs. 6. **Cross-functional Coordination** Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams (Design, Accounts, etc.). Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). - Minimum of 2 years" experience in construction project management or infrastructure. - Sound knowledge of construction techniques, project scheduling, and site supervision. - Exposure to the Managed Farmland industry is an added advantage. - Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
