Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master (immediate joiner) Experience: 5+ years- for both Positions Location: Chennai Working Hours: 5 Days(Mon to Fri) We are currently looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of a) Project Manager and b) Scrum Master. who can join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction - Implement and maintain Scrum framework, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects - Develop and track project plans, resource allocation, and risk management - Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and Agile best practices - Ensure quality and process adherence Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget - Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: - Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management (PMP) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person,
