Key Pointers:

1. Project Leadership:

Lead end-to-end implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Team Coordination:

Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the project team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Mentor and guide team members to enhance their Salesforce knowledge and skills.

3. Risk Analysis and Mitigation:

Proactively identify project risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to anticipate and address potential issues.

4. Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Communicate project status, updates, and potential impacts to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Mandatory skills : Time sheets and Fixed Bid Projects experience.

Experience: 6 years
