Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that are essential for the successful delivery of projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Overseeing the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational procedures.
• Managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Utilizing MS Office and database management tools to track project progress and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 to 11 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in the field of solid waste management or operations.
• Proven experience in team handling and project execution, with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

This position is based in Other Uttar Pradesh, with specific locations including Burhanpur, Allahabad, and Srinagar. The work schedule is a day shift, and the role requires an on-site presence to facilitate effective project management.
