Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Project Manager with 20 years of experience and expertise in Mivan construction to manage the delivery of large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage real estate projects, ensuring adherence to Mivan construction methods. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources. Lead coordination efforts with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Ensure all permits, regulations, and safety standards are followed, particularly related to Mivan construction. Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction quality and Mivan-specific compliance. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management with a strong background in Mivan construction. Expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Proven track record of managing large-scale real estate projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction safety standards.
