As a Project Management Consultant in the Architecture Department, based in Thane, with 10-12 years of experience, your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient execution of architectural projects while meeting quality standards and client expectations. Your key responsibilities include: 1. Project Planning and Scheduling: - Developing Comprehensive Project Plans by outlining scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. - Setting Milestones and Deadlines to track progress and ensure timely completion. - Coordinating with Stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables. 2. Communication and Coordination: - Facilitating Regular Meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Maintaining Clear Communication Channels to keep stakeholders informed. - Resolving Conflicts Promptly to maintain project harmony. 3. Quality Assurance and Control: - Reviewing Architectural Drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Implementing Quality Control Measures to maintain high-quality outputs. - Ensuring Regulatory Compliance with local building codes and regulations. 4. Risk Management: - Identifying Potential Risks and developing mitigation strategies. - Monitoring and Adjusting strategies to keep the project on track. 5. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintaining Detailed Records of project plans, communications, and decisions. - Preparing Progress Reports to update stakeholders on project status. - Archiving Project Files for future reference and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture. - 10-12 years of experience in project coordination or management in the architectural or construction industry. - Familiarity with Project Management tools such as M.S. Project or Primavera. - Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively. - Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
