We are currently seeking individuals to join the team at Scapestorey, an Architecture and Interior firm, in the following positions: 1.) Project Lead - Architecture & Interiors 2.) Senior Interior Designer As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Residential Projects in New Delhi, Saharanpur, and Dehradun. We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented individuals who can lead projects from concept to completion while upholding Scapestorey's design ethos. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Scheduling - Design Co-ordination with internal & external teams - Client Communication & Regular Updates - Materials Selection & Procurement - Site Execution Oversight & Quality Control - Budgeting, Billing & Cost Tracking - Vendor, Consultant & Contractor Coordination - Documentation, Approvals & Regulatory Compliance - Backend Operations & Project Tracking Ideal Candidate: - Degree in Architecture / Interior Design - Minimum Experience of 3-4 Years in the Field - Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop - Prior experience in both architecture and interior design projects - Comfortable working across multiple project sites in Dehradun & Saharanpur - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Fluent in handling vendors, contractors, consultants, and clients alike Please note that part-time applicants will not be considered for these positions.
