Job Description
As the Site In charge for a Luxury Villa Civil Structure Work project, you will be responsible for independently managing the site operations. Your role will involve overseeing a time-bound construction project of a 30000 SFT residential building, ensuring efficient site management, handling labor resources effectively, managing the technical team, and overseeing site procurement activities. You will be expected to work full-time on a permanent basis and will be entitled to various benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during the day with fixed shifts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses based on your contributions to the project.
