Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with 4-5 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the execution of projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within scope, time, and budget. This position requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the project manager in ensuring strict adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget. Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Identify potential project risks early and proactively create mitigation strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, construction, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and relevant industry regulations. Review and validate technical drawings, design documents, and specifications for accuracy and compliance. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure the viability of engineering solutions. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors. Provide regular project progress updates to stakeholders and manage expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries and issues. Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progress across all teams and stakeholders. Prepare project budgets, ensuring cost control and delivery within financial parameters. Efficiently allocate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize project execution. Collaborate with consultants (statutory bodies, third-party inspection agencies, etc.) for timely execution of project deliverables. Track project expenditures and provide detailed financial status reports regularly. Ensure high-quality work by meeting stringent quality standards aligned with business objectives. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and risk management procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including design changes, meeting minutes, approvals, and reports. Organize and manage project records for easy access during audits and for future reference. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation/ Chemical/Mechanical/Civil) Experience: 4-5 years of experience in project engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong project management skills (familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and best practices. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working Conditions: Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
