Job Description
The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering Data Center projects. You will deploy financial and non-financial resources, identify and implement revenue-increasing/cost-saving opportunities in the project, and oversee adherence to company guidelines and local regulations. You should have a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a total work experience of over 20 years. Experience in managing project schedules and cost management, including Change Orders, is required. Additionally, experience directly related to the design or construction of large data center facilities is essential. Proven experience in managing projects with MEP Scope, preferably within data center construction, is a must. You should possess strong financial acumen and experience in project budgeting and cost control. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills are crucial for this role. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry is also necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects.,
