Project Architect Job Position: Project Architect (6-8years experience) Qualification: B.Arch Location: Udaipur Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to lead the coordination and execution of architectural work at site. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, excellent technical knowledge, and proven experience of managing teams and consultants in the delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the documentation of architectural projects from through construction administration. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project objectives are met. Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing resources. Oversee code compliance, zoning regulations, and permitting processes. Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment. Participate in client presentations and design reviews. Skills Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods and materials. Atleast 3 yrs experience in project leadership role. Proficiency in CAD, sketchup, photoshop, MS Office.
