Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor programs in Health, Nutrition, Education, Life Skills, Career Prep, and Aftercare.Ensure care leavers receive proper exit preparation and development opportunities.Conduct field visits, manage data, and oversee budgeting & vendor relations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness. Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Social Welfare, Development Studies, or related field. 5+ years of experience in child rights/child protection.Strong training, data management, and communication skills.
