We offer methodical workshops to guide individuals throughout their lives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Executive at FOLK Exclusive. The Program Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing youth empowerment programs, organizing workshops, and engaging with participants to ensure a fulfilling experience. The Program Executive Reports Functionally To The Program Coordinator. Planning And Execution Of Campaign Work Achieve The Objectives Of Folk. Ability To Prioritise And Organise Own Work Ms Office-Literate And Google Suite Ability To Work To Tight Deadlines. Good English Negotiation Skill Qualifications Strong organizational and program coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in event planning and workshop facilitation Knowledge of youth development and empowerment principles Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field Street Smart Salary Range Rs.20000 - Rs.30000 , based on skills, experience, and interview performance,
