This is a Work from Office role based in Chennai. Key Responsibilities 1. Curriculum Creation Design and curate comprehensive learning experiences for creative crafts like filmmaking, photography, music, and video editing. Develop innovative, student-first teaching structures across varied formats, ensuring they are engaging, actionable, and accessible. 2. Research & Innovation Stay updated with current industry standards and trends. Conduct deep research to craft standout versions of each program, blending creative insights with market demands. 3. Mentor Collaboration Work closely with industry mentors to bring out their best, ensuring alignment with program objectives. Provide constructive feedback from students to refine teaching approaches and elevate mentor delivery. 4. Student-Centric Focus Demonstrate empathy and a strong focus on enhancing the student experience. Incorporate feedback loops to continuously improve program structure and effectiveness. 5. Program Coordination Oversee the end-to-end design and execution of the learning journey, ensuring seamless coordination between mentors and students. Balance creativity and structure to create programs that stand out in a competitive landscape.
