Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative instructional methods to enhance student performance. Your role will involve guiding, leading, and mentoring students in their research projects, as well as evaluating and monitoring their academic progress. Additionally, you will be required to create and implement career-enhancement programs and activities. As part of your responsibilities, you will supervise and support teaching assistants, participate in departmental and college activities, and contribute to the functional activities of departmental committees. You will also be expected to assess, review, and evaluate student activities and progress, while assisting and supporting senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule that may include day shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekends. The ability to commute or relocate to Greater Mumbai, Mumbai - 400028, Maharashtra is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of total work experience.
