Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production/Sales Merchandiser to join our team. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to oversee production planning, sales coordination, and merchandising strategies. Key Responsibilities: Manage production planning and follow-ups to ensure timely execution. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify sales and merchandising improvement opportunities. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to streamline operations. Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management. Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Fashion Designing or Fashion Technology. 1+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field (Freshers may apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data tracking and analysis. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati. Ability to relocate/commute to Udhana, Surat.
