Required a responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire Insole manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. This includes planning and scheduling production, managing resources and personnel, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations. The Production Manager also works to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet production targets, often in collaboration with other departments like sales and marketing. Resource Management:Overseeing and allocating resources, including raw materials, personnel, and equipment, to maximize production output. Quality Control:Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that insoles meet established standards and specifications. Personnel Management:Supervising and motivating production staff, providing training, and addressing any issues that may arise.
