We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production factory. This role requires someone who can manage on-floor production, supervise workers and interns, coordinate dispatch and ordering of materials, and ensure production orders are completed efficiently and reported to the office on time. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily production activities and manage on-floor workflow. Lead and motivate factory workers and interns to maintain productivity and quality. Coordinate material ordering, inventory checks, and ensure timely availability of resources. Oversee packaging, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods. Ensure that production targets are met with a strong focus on quality and timelines. Maintain accurate production records and report daily updates to the office team. Enforce safety and hygiene standards within the factory premises. Troubleshoot minor on-floor challenges and escalate major issues to management when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience in production or factory supervision Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operations efficiently. Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch systems. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
