Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor in our textile manufacturing unit. The main role is to ensure production runs smoothly, workers follow instructions, and targets are met on time. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide workers during production. Ensure daily production targets are achieved. Monitor work quality and report any issues. Make sure workers follow safety rules and company policies. Maintain order and discipline on the production floor. Coordinate with other departments when needed. Keep simple records of daily production and attendance. Report problems or delays to the Production Manager. Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in textiles. Ability to manage and motivate a team. Basic knowledge of textile production processes is a plus. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle situations calmly and fairly.
