The Production Planning Executive role in Furniture Manufacturing or Other Manufacturing industries requires 3-7 years of experience and any degree qualification. The ideal candidate should be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate. As a Production Planning Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while meeting company standards and customer requirements. Your duties will include processing customer purchase orders, entering orders into the ERP system, managing inventory, scheduling production, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate with production planning to ensure manufacturing timelines are met, monitor production progress, prioritize orders, coordinate with shipping carriers, manage inventory levels, and address customer inquiries and concerns. To excel in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain management, 1-3 years of experience in order processing or logistics in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
