# Job Title: Production Planning and Control (PPC) Manager # Company: M.G MOULD SYSTEMS PVT LTD # Location: Gurgaon # Job Type: Full-time # About Us: M.G Mould System Pvt ltd is a leading manufacturer of the Pet Preform Mould. We are seeking an experienced Production Planning and Control (PPC) Manager to join our team. # Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Manager with 6-7 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree and experience in managing production planning, scheduling, and control activities. # Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives. 2. Scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet delivery deadlines. 3. Capacity Planning: Analyze production capacity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste. 5. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. 6. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency, quality, and delivery performance. 7. Design Review: Participate in design reviews to ensure that production plans are aligned with design specifications and requirements. # Requirements: 1. Education: Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2. Experience: 6-7 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office . 4. Design Software: Proficient in Autocad software, with knowledge of design review principles and practices. 5.
