Production Operator Amity Resins

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation:
• Operate and monitor chemical reactors during production process.
• Control flaker operations to convert molten material into flaked form.
• Monitor and maintain support systems like thermic fluid heater, chiller, vacuum pump, and cooling tower during production.
• Ensure proper startup, shutdown, and emergency handling of equipment.
• Production Control:
• Follow batch instructions and SOPs to execute production processes.
• Record batch data, process parameters, and any deviations during production.
• Optimize machine run-time, reduce wastage, and improve batch consistency.
• In-Process Quality Checks:
• Take in-process samples and conduct basic quality tests
• Adjust process parameters based on test results in consultation with the supervisor.
• Ensure only acceptable quality material is transferred for next process.
• Safety and Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and machinery.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Report equipment faults, leaks, or safety issues to maintenance team.
• Assist in basic maintenance tasks like filter cleaning, oil level checks, etc.
• Documentation and Communication:
• Fill up production logbooks and shift handover records accurately.
• Communicate issues promptly to the shift in-charge or supervisor.
• Cooperate with quality and maintenance teams during audits and troubleshooting.

Note: Rotational Shift job, so the candidate might need to do shift if required
