Job Description
Speedways Rubber Company, a leading manufacturer in the tire industry, is seeking a Production Officer for Tyre Building section with 3-4 years of similar experience in the tire industry only. Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily production activities within the tyre building section. Ensure adherence to production schedules and timelines. Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure efficient operation. Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement solutions promptly. Maintain strict quality standards for all products produced. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of tyre building processes. Supervise a team of production workers. Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols. Motivate and support the team to achieve production targets and quality goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in production management in tyre building section.
