Job Title: Sr Manager - Foaming Operations Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu Department: Manufacturing Reports To: Plant Head Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the Foaming Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process to ensure high-quality output with minimal waste, maintaining consistency in specifications, and meeting customer demands. This role involves overseeing plant operations, managing a team, developing new products, and driving research and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the foaming plant to ensure efficient and safe production processes. - Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands and maintain product quality. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Ensure Quality Standards - Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product consistency. Team Management - Lead, train, and coach a team of production staff, ensuring performance and motivation. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement new products. Evaluate and test new materials and processes. Drive R&D initiatives to innovate and improve existing products and processes. Customer Satisfaction - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand and meet customer requirements. Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. Address and resolve any production-related customer complaints or issues. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred. Minimum of 8 years experience in foaming operations. Strong knowledge of foaming processes and technologies. Familiarity with quality control standards and practices. Ability to lead and manage a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.,
