Production Manager Kiddie Clap Retails

We are a kidwear manufacturing company. We are looking for someone with prior working knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing. A person who can handle various steps in garment manufacturing. Shall be comfortable in travelling to our makers , negotiating etc.

? Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 3 years in the garment industry to oversee and manage the entire production process. The ideal candidate will ensure timely manufacturing of high-quality garments, optimize resources, and maintain efficiency in operations.

? Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage the garment production process from cutting to finishing

• Allocate tasks and supervise production staff to meet daily targets
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and procurement teams for smooth workflow
• Track production schedules and ensure timely order delivery
• Maintain machinery and arrange for repairs when required
• Implement cost control measures and reduce wastage
• Maintain production reports and daily output records
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory regulations

? Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12TH PASS/DIPLOMA in Textile, Apparel, or related field

• At least 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing/production management
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, machinery, and fabrics
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
• Familiarity with quality control and industrial engineering practices
