Prolance is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee the production operations at one of our factories and ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of modular furniture. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but not limited to, Material Quality Audit. Production Quality Check. Hardware Quality Check. Planning Production Schedule. Budgeting & Planning of Manpower. Facilitate Pre assemble QC. Logistics. Completion of Production within the set time, without compromising on quality. Qualifications: Diploma or BE Civil/Mechanical or equivalent work experience. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with interior design principles and construction methods. This position demands a high level of confidence, People Management Skills & technical knowledge about the process, material & products, 100% Error free completion of Production within Planned Dates.
