Hiring: Production Supervisor Electrical Panels & Switchgear Location: Goa, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ Years in HT/LT Panel Manufacturing About Us: Hotspot Infodot Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing engineering and manufacturing company serving the Indian Railways and industrial sectors. We've recently set up a modern manufacturing facility in Goa to produce high-quality HT/LT electrical panels and switchgear. As we expand, we're looking for talented professionals to join our core operations team. What Youll Do: As a Production Supervisor, youll oversee and manage the day-to-day production floor activities for electrical panel manufacturing. This includes: Supervising fabrication, wiring, powder coating, and assembly processes Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met Coordinating with design, procurement, and QA teams Troubleshooting issues and improving workflow efficiency Training and mentoring technicians/operators What Were Looking For: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HT/LT panel and switchgear production Strong technical knowledge of wiring, fabrication, powder coating, and electrical ratings Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Experience managing production teams and timelines Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Why Join Us At Hotspot Infodot, youll be part of a passionate and driven team working on high-impact projects.
