Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at TSA India. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage production schedules, coordinate with artisans and craftsmen, ensure quality control, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer demands efficiently. Qualifications Experience in production management, quality control, and manufacturing processes Knowledge of stone art, marble crafting, and handmade artifact production Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience in the art or home dcor industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Arts, or related field,
