Our goal is to support a waste-free country by providing top-quality, environmentally conscious products. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing workflow. Additionally, the Production Manager will work closely with various departments to meet production targets and maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end pulp molding production (bagasse-based) Monitor and control pulp consistency, SR values, drying cycle, and mold efficiency Ensure production targets, quality standards, and machine performance are met across all shifts Coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and R&D for trials, improvements, and issue resolution Maintain documentation and compliance as per BRCGS standards Manage a team of supervisors, operators, and technical staff on the shop floor Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in the paper, pulp, or molded fiber industry Strong technical knowledge of pulp handling, SR testing, drying principles, and defect control Proven ability to lead a production team and manage daily operations Expertise in quality control, production optimization, and defect reduction Familiar with lean manufacturing, waste minimization, and process improvement techniques Strong project management and organizational skills Experience in supply chain management and vendor coordination Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional or remote teams Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Prior experience in the packaging or food service industry is a plus,
