Job Description
As a Production Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee production planning in alignment with the dispatch schedule. You will be in charge of handling manpower effectively, including providing training to workers to enhance productivity. It will also be your duty to create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for work processes. Vendor development and controlling price escalations will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the factory and preparing reports for the management using Excel. Additionally, you will be expected to tackle technical issues on the ground field. To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Engineering Industry. Proficiency in Autocad, Solid Works, and other design software is preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location will require you to be present in person.,
