Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Support daily production activities, including operating machines, monitoring processes, and assisting in the manufacturing, packing, and quality checks of corrugated boxes.

Maintain careful documentation and records for daily production tasks as per company protocols and quality standards.

Adhere to production schedules, complete assigned targets, and report timely completion to the Production Manager or Supervisor.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with industry and company safety practices.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S practices in the work area.

Participate in root cause analysis for process or quality issues and suggest improvements.

Support preventive maintenance by reporting machine problems and ensuring proper care of equipment.

Coordinate effectively with other departments such as stores, maintenance, and quality assurance for smooth workflow.

Receive on-the-job training from experienced staff, participating actively in skill development sessions.
