Job Description
Job Title: Production Executive Location: Umbergaon Department: Production- Assembly Reports To: Production Manager Job Summary: The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves coordinating with different teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely completion of production targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and output goals. Ensure adherence to production schedules and resolve any operational issues. Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring smooth operations. Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures in the production process. Maintain records of production activities, including reports on output, efficiency, and defects. Coordinate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials. Train and guide production staff to enhance performance and maintain productivity. Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies. Work closely with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations. Preparation of CAPA For Departmental Non- confirmative. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Ensuring Compliance of ISO- 9001: 2015, ISO-15378:2017, ISO- 14001: 2015 & ISO- 45001: 2018. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control measures. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and production management software. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry.
