Job Description

The Production Engineer will assist the Production Manager in coordinating and executing production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and assembly of electrical panels including:
  • HT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels
  • AMF Systems, PDB, Control & Relay Panels
  • Instrumentation Panels, PLC/DCS Panels
  • Planning and tracking production schedules.
  • Coordinating with clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Managing work progress to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Supervising departmental personnel and maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and company protocols.
  • Collaborating with the Shop Lead Hands to plan workflow and assembly methods.
  • Monitoring adherence to safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing electrical (HT/LT) and control panels.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Eplan, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of interfacing with other engineering disciplines for project deliverables.

  • Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
