Job Title: Production and Assembly Supervisor

Department: Production

Location: Libaspur Village, Samypur Badli, Delhi

Reporting To: Plant Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose:

To perform tasks related to the production and assembly of products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and tools used in production
• Assemble components or finished products according to specifications
• Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions accurately
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clean and organized workstations
• Meet daily/weekly production targets
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: B.Tech
• Prior experience in production. (preferred)
• Ability to understand basic instructions or drawings
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of quality standards
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
