Job Description
The role involves working in a Sheet Metal Press shop and Fabrication environment, with experience in CO2, ARC, Spot, Laser welding, and Argon processes, as well as Punching, Bending, laser, and Power Press operations. Your responsibilities will include Daily Planning, monitoring Plan V/S Actual performance, arranging manpower daily, conducting Time studies, and striving to Improve Productivity while reducing IN process rejection. You will also be involved in New development initiatives, implementing Kaizen, Poka, yoke methodologies, and aiming to Reduce IN hours Cost. As a Full-time employee, you will be entitled to Benefits such as Provident Fund, working in Day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma qualification, with at least 1 year of total work experience. It is preferred that you are available for Day Shift, Night Shift, and Overnight Shift as per business requirements. The work location is In person.
