Job Description

Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to scale up and transfer new cosmetic formulations to production. Oversee and participate in the batch production of cosmetics, including weighing, mixing, and blending of ingredients. Ensure that production processes of cosmetics adhere to approved formulations and SOPs. Conduct in-process checks and inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of cosmetic products. Address and resolve any quality issues of cosmetic products that arise during production.
