Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Gurgaon. The Production and Quality Manager will oversee the production process, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to quality standards. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure workflows are efficient, and monitoring product standards and implementing quality control processes. The role will also involve troubleshooting production issues, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Strong skills in quality management, production planning, and resource allocation Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and process improvement Use of measuring instruments at shop-floor such as vernier & gauges etc Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues efficiently Leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Minimum 1.5-2 Years of Experience in a manufacturing environment,
