Job Description

You will be joining TechRyde Private Limited as an API & Product Support Specialist, where your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality technical support to clients, focusing on API-related issues and ensuring the smooth integration and operation of software products. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years (or more) of experience in technical support, API support, or product support roles. Your strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, API documentation, and integration practices will be crucial in performing API testing and troubleshooting using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms. As an ideal candidate for this position, you must possess hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, or other API testing tools, along with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and debugging techniques. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders, while your strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach will be essential in resolving technical issues promptly. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, Product, and QA to analyze, diagnose, and resolve integration or application issues. Additionally, you will assist customers in understanding and implementing APIs by providing clear guidance and best practices. Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and its ecosystem will be critical to delivering fast and effective support. You will also be responsible for documenting common issues, solutions, and creating support documentation and knowledge base articles. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience with API authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys, familiarity with log analysis and debugging tools, and prior experience working with SaaS or cloud-based products.
