Job Location: Pune Designation- Senior Engineer Experience: 3-5 years Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA Must Have- Technical Competencies Selenium Automation Java Database (Any) Web server (Apache Tomcat) Rest API Automation tool- Automationedge Must have Non-Technical Competencies Effective Communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines. Good To Have Linux knowledge Python Troubleshooting skills and log analysis skills Roles and Responsibilities- Need to communicate with global clients. Good written and verbal communication Identify opportunities for process improvement in automation. Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios) Update to our internal stakeholder with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers. Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members. Inform customers about new features and functionalities. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved!
