Job Title: Product Strategy & Analytics Location: Bengaluru Experience: 2-3 years Industry: Insurance Experience Not Mandatory Employment Type: Full-Time About the role: We are seeking a versatile and analytical team player to join our Product team. This role is ideal for someone with strong common sense, a sharp learning curve, and a knack for working with numbers and large datasets. You will play a key role in bridging strategy, data, and execution across multiple functions including actuarial, underwriting, technology, and sales. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product team to support development, enhancement, and performance tracking of products. Work closely with Actuarial and Underwriting teams to understand pricing, risk, and product dynamics. Partner with Tech teams to run implementation projects. Liaise with Sales teams to gather market feedback and align product strategy with business goals. Analyse large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Contribute to cross-functional projects and drive execution through structured problem-solving. Qualifications & Skills: 23 years of experience in a data-driven, analytical, or strategic role. Consulting experience will be preferred. Excellent numerical and analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets. Proficiency in tools such as Excel. Experience with SQL, Python, will be beneficial. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus but not mandatory.,
