As a Product Operations Executive at HeadFox, you will play a crucial role in coordinating product packaging and design, sourcing vendors for various packaging requirements, and ensuring operational support for seamless execution. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating Product Packaging & Design: - Working closely with the team to align packaging requirements with product specifications and marketing needs. - Identifying vendors for box design, inserts, and accessories in adherence to brand guidelines. - Ensuring that packaging solutions meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Vendor Sourcing & Procurement: - Researching and evaluating new vendors for product-related accessories, packaging, and components. - Collecting quotations, comparing rates, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements with suppliers. - Maintaining vendor performance records to uphold quality and timely delivery standards. Operational Support: - Monitoring ongoing product development tasks and ensuring timely procurement of materials. - Facilitating communication between design, product, and warehouse teams to ensure readiness for execution. - Coordinating all components to be prepared for new launches or packaging changes. Documentation & Reporting: - Keeping track of all documentation related to vendor agreements, procurement, and performance records. - Generating reports on vendor performance, procurement cycles, and operational efficiency. Key Skills Required: - Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to ensure seamless operations. - 2 to 5 years of experience in product operation executive roles. - Proficiency in vendor negotiation and effective communication skills. - Understanding of packaging materials and the procurement cycle. - Basic knowledge of documentation and spreadsheet handling for efficient reporting.
