Hiring for a client of ours. Qualification- BVSc / MVSc with an MBA/PGDM would be preferred. Experience- 3-7 years experience in the poultry business. 1. Achievement of sales targets, growth, and profitability targets for assigned brands. 2. Plan & deliver product trainings & align with online tele-detailing & quizzes. 3. Designing marketing campaigns, demonstrations, explainer videos, lbls, etc. 4. Field work to understand the market pulse and collect CVP (Customer Value Proposition). 5. Plan and organize seminar & exhibitions. 6. Easy & effective communication of technical articles. 7. Prepare New Product propositions & monitoring the pipeline.
