Product Manager

· The incumbent will be responsible for streamlining the equipment /machinery loans business generated through the manufacturer of industrial equipment/ machineries for all products for given locations

· He will have to liaison with the branches to ensure that the budgeted figures for the product are achieved on a month on month basis

· He will be responsible to regionally coordinate with all manufacturers for lead generation & disbursements.

· Responsible for streamlining the machinery finance vertical for the company for the zone/region

· Conduct a comprehensive survey of the machinery market across different segments such as machine tools, packaging, printing, plastic etc.

· Identify key stake holders in the industry. Proactively liaison with them & drive business generation through them.

· Identify associations & events in the industry. Chalk out a plan for increasing presence in the industry though them.

· Monitor the performance of the new business generation for revenue, profitability and delinquency

· Work closely with the credit policy team

Technical Competencies Required:

· Min 2 years in sales in OR Min 2 years in product role in equipment finance company

· Prior experience in a machine finance position handling leads generation & driving disbursements in related industries preferred

· Experience in handling manufacturer relations / Key account management
