Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:Identifying customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes through research and data analysis.
• Product Strategy and Planning:Developing and recommending strategies to optimize product development, including roadmaps, feature prioritization, and product positioning.
• Customer Interaction:Providing product information, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues for customers, both in person and remotely.
• Sales and Promotion:Promoting products, providing sales support, and educating customers about product features and benefits.
• Technical Support:Troubleshooting technical issues with products and guiding customers to solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing data on product performance, customer feedback, and sales trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration:Working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective product development.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing:Providing training on products and related technologies, and sharing knowledge with internal teams.
