Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist at Genie Bazaar in Mumbai. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, utilizing analytical skills, and overseeing procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. They will be working in Office Supplies Division which includes procurement of Office Stationery, Housekeeping Items, and Pantry Items. You will also be in-charge of warehouse operations and dispatches and will get great experience interacting with premium clients. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in procurement and sourcing Creation of Purchase Orders, Contract Negotiation, and Procurement skills Analytical Skills for data evaluation and decision-making (Advanced Excel is must) Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Risk Mitigation Strong organizational and time management skills Roll-up sleeves, show ownership, and get the work done attitude Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus Salary band: Rs. 25-40K per month based on prior experience.,
