Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medicine Procurement Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical procurement, vendor management, and inventory planning. You will play a key role in ensuring timely availability of medicines and healthcare products at the best prices while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure medicines, medical consumables, and related products from approved vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Maintain relationships with pharmaceutical distributors, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy, warehouse, and accounts team for seamless operations.
- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to optimize procurement strategy.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and vendor communications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medicine procurement or pharmaceutical supply chain.
